Stilton, Celery And Pear Soup Recipe

  4   Celery sticks; chopped  
  2   Pears; chopped

  1 1/4  l Chicken stock  
  175  g Stilton cheese; crumbled  
    Black pepper; freshly ground  
  1  pn Nutmeg; grated  
  2  tb Parsley; finely chopped
