Spicy Pumpkin Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
  2  c Bisquick  
  1/2  c Dried apricots  
    - snipped  
  1/4  c Sugar  
  1/2  tb Cinnamon  
  1/2  tb Ginger  
  1/2  c Milk  
  1/2  c Pumpkin;canned  
  1   Egg  
 
Instructions
 
  Oven temp: 400

 
  Makes 12 muffins

 
  1. Preheat muffins and grease 12 muffin tins. Mix bisquick, apricots, sugar, and spices together.
