Pumpkin Muffins From Helen Kemp Recipe

Yield: 12 Servings
 
Ingredients
  2/3  c Dry milk  
  1  ts Pumpkin pie spice  
  1  ts Cinnamon  
  8  pk Equal or Sweet and Low  
  1  ts Baking soda  
  7  tb Flour  
  1/2  c Grated carrot  
  2   Eggs  
  1  c Pumpkin  
  1  ts Vanilla  
  4  tb Raisins  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Spray 12 muffin tin with non fat spray.

 
  2. Mix all ingredients together. Fill muffin tin. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes.

 
  Weight Watchers Info: 6 muffins = 1 Bread, 1 Protein, 1 Vegetable, 1 Fat, 1 Milk
