Here comes a good pizza dough recipe, however, it is not very difficult to get the glorious chewy-yet-soft crust taste of pizza like produced in pizzerias .

1 C. Beer

1 T. Butter

2 T. Sugar

1 tsp. Salt

2-3/4 C. Flour

1 T. Yeast
Instructions

Add all ingredients and select dough setting #9. Press dough onto lightly greased 12" pizza pan. Brush slightly with veggie oil. Cover dough and allow to rise for 15 minutes. Spoon pizza sauce over dough and top with favorite toppings. Bak at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden.
