Picadillo Recipe

Yield: A Few
Eat this with chips or top a hamburger
 
Ingredients
  1   4 Plum Tomatoes seeded and chopped  
  1   1 Med Onion chopped  
  1   3 Jalapeno seeded and chopped  
  1   1/2 C Corn  
  1   1 Lime (Juice)  
  1   Cilantro  
  1   Garlic  
  1   1 oz water or MOJO  
  1   Salt  
  1   Black Pepper  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Mix all together.

 
  2. Let sit.

 
  3. Serve.
