Pesto Sauce Recipe

Yield: 30 servings
 
Ingredients
  100  g. fresh basil  
  1/2  cup Parmesan Cheese or  
  50  g. Garlic  
  1-1/2  cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil  
  1/4  cup Fine Nuts (roasted)  
  1   Black Olives for toppings  
  1   Salt and Pepper  
 
Instructions
 
  1. In a food proccessor, blend everything, putting the ingredients in the proccesor in this order: (to make a Pesto Mixture)
- Fresh Basil
- Fine Nuts
- Olive Oil

 
  2. For one order, saute garlic in a pan, put 1 -2 tbsp of Pesto Mixture.

 
  3. Add little amount of Parmesan, salt and pepper depending on your taste.

 
  4. Remove from heat and top over your spaghetti noodles or pasta.

 
  5. Garnish with black olives on top.
