Mix all of the dough ingredients together, let stand 15 min, roll out dough then use a wide mouthed cup to cut circles in the dough (approx 2inches). Place a small spoonfull of the filling into the middle of the circle and then fold over one side of the circle and crimp shut with your fingers. Drop 3 or 4 into boiling water until they float.
