Perogies Recipe

Ingredients
  DOUGH INGREDIENTS  
  500  ml sour cream  
  5  cups flour  
  2  tbsp melted butter  
  2   whole eggs  
  1   extra egg yolk  
  2  tsp salt  
  2  tsp olive oil  
  FILLING INGREDIENTS  
    instant mashed potatoes  
    grated cheese to taste  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Mix all of the dough ingredients together, let stand 15 min, roll out dough then use a wide mouthed cup to cut circles in the dough (approx 2inches). Place a small spoonfull of the filling into the middle of the circle and then fold over one side of the circle and crimp shut with your fingers. Drop 3 or 4 into boiling water until they float.
