Pastalaya Recipe

Ingredients
  1   12 Boneless Skinless Thighs  
  1   Swamp Dust Seasoning  
  1   Olive Oil  
  1   1 Large Onion  
  1   2 TBL Minced Garlic  
  1   1# Andouille  
  1   1# Shrimp  
  1   2 C Heavy Cream (Room Temp)  
  1   1 TSP Worcestershire  
  1   1 TSP Hot Sauce  
  1   Salt  
  1   Chopped Green Onions  
  1   Chopped Parsely  
  1   1 C Parmesan Grated Cheese  
  1   1# PASTA- Fetttuccine, Rotini, Rigate  
 
Instructions
 
  1. 1. Toss Chicken in Swamp Dust

 
  2. 2. Grill or Pan Fry Chicken

 
  3. 3. Heat oil in pan, Sautee Andouille, Remove from pan, add Onions and garlic, saute till soft. Put in Andouille and Chicken Thighs in with onions and garlic.

 
  4. 4. Add Cream, Worcestershire, Hot Sauce, simmer reducing sauce.

 
  5. reduce to a thick sauce. (when shrimp are added it creates moisture thinning out the sauce)

 
  6. 5. Add Shrimp, DO NOT OVER COOK!

 
  7. 6. Cook Pasta to the package direction. Drain very well.

 
  8. 7.Mix together Sauce, Pasta, 1/2 of Green onions, 1/2 of Parsely, 1/2 of Grated Cheese

 
  9. 8.Top Dish with rest of Green Onions, Parsely, and Grated Cheese.
