Boil pasta in water, oil and salt until desired tenderness is reached and set aside in strainer.

Stir-fry tomato and mushroom pieces in very little oil in medium sized frying pan over stove on high heat until pieces turn yellow-brown.

Add red clam sauce (adjust amount to taste) and reduce heat to medium.

Stir for 3 minutes.

Add Laughing Cow Swiss cheese and stir in sauce over medium heat until cheese dissolves (try keeping all items in frying pan well-stirred and equilibriated).

Add horseradish (1 tsp.) to sauce mixture and stir for 5 more minutes over medium heat.

Add cilantro and stir sauce for 4-5 more minutes over low-medium heat.

Let sauce stand for 2 minutes with heat off.

9.

Serve spiced red clam sauce mixture over boiled pasta.
