Pasta Primavera with Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
  1   1 package (1 lb.) linguine  
  1   1 lb. uncooked shrimp  
  1   2 cups chopped fresh broccoli  
  1   1 cup fresh carrots  
  1   1 medium zuccini, cut into 1/4  
  1   1 medium red pepper, julienned  
  1   2 T. flour  
  1   1-1/4 cups whipping cream  
  1   3/4 cup chicken broth  
  1   1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese  
  1   3/4 tsp. salt  
  1   1/2 tsp. pepper  
 
Instructions
 
  1. In Dutch oven, cook linguine accoring to directions, adding shrimp and vegetable during the last 4 minutes.

 
  2. Combine flour, cream and broth until smooth. Add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thick. Drain linguine and add cream sauce.
