In Dutch oven, cook linguine accoring to directions, adding shrimp and vegetable during the last 4 minutes.

Combine flour, cream and broth until smooth. Add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thick. Drain linguine and add cream sauce.
