Oven Omelet Recipe

Easy, cheesy and oh so pleasing! Nothing can so simple as baking these oven eggs.
 
Ingredients
  1   ¼ c. butter  
  1   1 ½ doz. eggs  
  1   1 c. sour cream  
  1   2 tsp. salt  
  1   ¼ c. chopped green onion  
  1   1 c. milk  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Heat oven to 325. In oven melt butter in 9x13 baking dish. Tilt dish to coat bottom with butter.

 
  2. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt until well blended. Stir in onion.

 
  3. Pour into dish. Bake until eggs are set but still moist, about 35 minutes. Serves 12 – 15.
