Mountain High Herb Baked Eggs Recipe

Yield: 4 servings
 
Ingredients
  1/4  lb Ham, flaked  
  8  lg Eggs, fresh  
  2  ts Dijon mustard  
  1/2  c Sour cream  
  2  ts Fresh chives, chopped  
  2  ts Fresh parsley, chopped  
  3/4  c Shredded sharp Cheddar  
    - cheese  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 4 1-cup ramekins. Divide flaked ham between ramekins. Whisk together eggs, mustard and sour cream. Stir in herbs and top with shredded cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden and set.

 
  Makes 4 servings.
