Lobster Bisque Recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 1 lb. lobster, boiled and chopped  
    2 onions, sliced  
    1/2 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce  
    1 cup chicken broth  
    2 T. flour  
    2 cups milk  
    1/2 tsp. salt  
    pinch cayenne pepper  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Saute 1/4 cup chicken broth and onion in small fry pan - cook over low 5-7 minutes

 
  2. In medium pot, over medium heat, melt butter; whisk in flour

 
  3. Slowly add remaining chicken borth, whisking continuously. Stir in lobster, worchestershire sauce, onion, milk and salt. Heat to boiling point.
