Lit'l Smokies are yummy and easy to cook up in many different variations. If you want a quick appetizer, then you can't go wrong with Little Smokies.

Ingredients |

1 lb Processed Cheese, cut into cubes |

| |
1 |
1 lb Hillshire Farm Lit'l Smokies |
|
| |
1 |
4 oz Cream Cheese, cut into cubes |
|
| |
1 |
3/4 c dark beer |
|
| |
1 |
1/2 c Dijon Mustard |
|
| |
1 |
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce |
|
| |
1 |
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder |
|
| |
1 |
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper |
|
| |
1 |
1/3 c Fresh Green Onion Tops, finely chopped |

Instructions |

Melt cheeses over low heat in a heavy saucepan until smooth and blended.

Slowly add remaining ingredients
|

Stir until blended.

Remove from heat and serve warm with Hillshire Farm Lit'l Smokies
