Cream 1/2 cup margarine; gradually add 2 cups sugar, beating well. Add 6 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Combine 1/4 cup flour and 3/4 cup sugar; add to the creamed mixture alternately with 2/3 cup lemon juice, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Stir in 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel.

Form 1 pie shell dough into 3" tarts and sprinkle lightly with 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg. Divide the filling among the tarts.

Place the tarts on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
