Lemon Lime Gelatin Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
  Crust:  
    1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted  
    6 ounces chopped pecans  
    1/4 cup light brown sugar  
    1 cup flour  
  Lemon Layer:  
    3 ounce package lemon gelatin  
    1 cup boiling water  
    8 ounce package cream cheese, softened  
    3/4 cup sugar  
    8 ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed  
  Lime Layer:  
    6 ounce package lime gelatin  
    2 cups boiling water  
    1 cup cold water  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Combine crust ingredients. Press into 13"x9" pan. Bake at 375' for 10 minutes. Cool. For lemon layer, mix gelatin and boiling water. Cool. Add cream cheese and sugar; mix until well blended. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on crust. Refrigerate overnight. For lime layer, combine lime gelatin and boiling water. Add cold water. Cool. Pour over lemon layer. Refrigerate until set. Do not cover.
