Yield: 4 servings
Kent Rosenblum of Rosenblum Cellars gave me this recipe. A great camping recipe!

  1  large yellow onion
  1/2  cup red wine
  1/2  cup red wine vinegar
salt and pepper -- to taste
  1  large re-sealable plastic bag

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients, except the steaks into the plastic bag. Seal and shake to mix. Add the steaks to the bag, re-seal the bag, shake, and place into refrigerator or cooler for 4-6 hours.
