Kirsch Sour Recipe

Yield: 1 drink
From Jorg Rupf of Saint George Spirits. Makers of fine spirits and Eau de Vie.
 
Ingredients
  1 1/2  ounces St. George Spirits Kirsch Eau de Vie  
    juice of 1/2 a lemon  
  1  teaspoon sugar  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Shake with ice and strain into a sour glass.
