Juniper Pear Freeze Recipe

Yield: 1 drink
From Jorg Rupf of Saint George Spirits. Makers of wonderful Eau de Vie's
 
Ingredients
  1/2  ounce St. George Spirits Williams Pear Eau de Vie  
  1  ounce Gin  
  3  ounces sweet and sour  
  6  ounces crushed ice  
    sugar syrup -- to taste (balance against sweet and sour)  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender. Serve in a large bowl stem glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
