In olive oil, lightly sautee onions,garlic,bell pepper,oregano,basil,and parsley.(approx 3-4 min)

Lightly brown ground beef and thoroughly cook sausage. Slice sausage into 1/4 - 1/2 inch slices.

Add your saute'd vegetables and spices,pure'd or blended tomatoes,tomato paste,brown sugar, and wine(optional) to ground beef and sausage. Add salt and pepper(to taste)

Let simmer 25 - 30 min. Let cool 3 - 5 min then serve.
