Italian Meat Loaf Recipe

Yield: 6 Servings
 
Ingredients
  1   Egg, beaten  
  1 1/2  lb Ground beef  
  1  cn (8 oz) pizza sauce  
  3/4  c (3 oz. ) Velveeta Shredded Pasteurized Process Cheese Food  
  3/4  c Old fashioned or quick oats, uncooked  
  1/4  c Cold water  
  1/2  ts Dried oregano leaves, crushed  
 
Instructions
 
  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the sauce; mix lightly. Shape into a loaf in a 10 x 6" baking dish. Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with remaining sauce. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
