This dish will is one of the most requested dishes in my house. If you have a little bit of a larger group that you need to feed you can double all of the ingredients and bake it in a 9x13-inch pan (preferably glass).
When serving this dish serve it with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped black olives, shredded lettuce and anything else that you would like on tacos.
Ingredients

1lb ground beef
1
1/2 cup chopped onion
1
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg taco seasoning mix
1
1 (4 oz.)can chopped green chilies, drained
1
1 1/3 cup bisquick
1
4 eggs
1
2 cups milk
1
1 c shredded monterey-jack or cheddar cheese
1
2 tomatoes, sliced (optional)
Instructions

Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease pie plate (10 X 1 1/2-inch). Cook ground beef and onion in skillet until beef is browned; drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix. Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with chilies.

In a large bowl mix milk, bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.

Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes longer. Cool about 5 mintues before serving.
