Impossible Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  1 1/3  cup Milk  
  3  tbsp Butter or margarine - softened  
  4  each Eggs  
  1/2  cup Sugar  
  1/2  cup Buttermilk biscuit mix  
  1  cup Canned pumpkin  
    Pumpkin pie spice  
    Whipped cream (optional)  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Combine milk, butter, eggs, sugar, biscuit mix, pumpkin and pie spice to taste in blender. Blend until mixed.

 
  2. Turn into greased 9-inch pie pan and bake at 400F 25 to 35 minutes, or until knife inserted halfway between center and rim comes out clean.

 
  3. Cool. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.

Too little sugar, should be about one cup. Too much biscuit mix, should be about 1/3 c. Too many eggs if you like a custard style pie , two eggs is sufficent for a custard style, 4 eggs is good for a higher volume pie.

First I tried it the IChef way, alot like a wet bread, then my way. Too little sugar your way no matter what. and in any case, I prefer the custard style pie.
