Combine milk, butter, eggs, sugar, biscuit mix, pumpkin and pie spice to taste in blender. Blend until mixed.

Turn into greased 9-inch pie pan and bake at 400F 25 to 35 minutes, or until knife inserted halfway between center and rim comes out clean.

Cool. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.

| Too little sugar, should be about one cup. Too much biscuit mix, should be about 1/3 c. Too many eggs if you like a custard style pie , two eggs is sufficent for a custard style, 4 eggs is good for a higher volume pie.
First I tried it the IChef way, alot like a wet bread, then my way. Too little sugar your way no matter what. and in any case, I prefer the custard style pie.
