Grandma Rampke's Easy Rhubarb Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  1  c Rhubarb rib, cut into 1" pieces  
  1/2   Pie crust  
  1/2  c Sugar  
  2   Eggs  
  1/2  c Sugar  
  1  c Milk  
    Cinnamon  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Roll out and place pie crust in bottom of pie plate.

 
  2. Place rhubarb over pie crust and sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar.

 
  3. Beat eggs and add 1/2 cup sugar and milk. Pour mixture over rhubarb. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

 
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
