Frozen Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  1  qt vanilla ice cream (slightly softened)  
  1  cup cooked pumpkin  
  1/3  cup sugar  
  1/2  tsp salt  
  1  tsp cinnamon  
  1/2  tsp nutmeg  
  1   baked pie shell  
    Graham cracker crumbs  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Beat together ice cream, pumpkin, salt, sugar and spices with electric mixer until well blended.

 
  2. Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.

 
  3. Freeze until firm and serve frozen.
