You will never believe that there is ice-cream inside these cripsy little balls. Great for a conversation starter at a party! Eat them quick before they melt!

Ingredients
  1  sheet refrigerated pie pastry
  1 1/2  tsp sugar
  1  tsp cinnamon
  1/2  cup honey
    Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Unroll pastry onto ungreased 15"x10"x1" baking sheet.

  2. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over pastry. Prick with fork.

  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes.

  4. Place pastry in a plastic bag and crush. Transfer to bowl and roll ice cream in pastry crumbs. Cover and freeze for 2 hours.
