Fresh Tomato Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  10  c Tomatoes  
  1  ts White pepper  
  2  c Fresh basil  
  1  tb Sugar  
  1  ts Salt  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Tomatoes: Peeled, cored, seeded, and chopped, very ripe. Place all ingredients in heavy saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil. Lower heat and cook for 20 minutes. Pour into sterilized containers and freeze. Makes: 6 pint jars.
