Fig Cake Recipe

Yield: 1 servings
 
Ingredients
  3/4  c Margarine  
  2  c Sugar  
  1  c Buttermilk  
  1  ts Soda  
  1/2  ts Salt  
  4   Eggs  
  1  ts Cinnamon  
  1  ts Allspice  
  1  ts Vanilla  
  3  c Flour  
  1  pt Figs  
  1  c Nuts, chopped  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Mix figs well in mixer. Add eggs, sugar and margarine. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Pour into well greased glass dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
