Easy Tapenade Recipe

Ingredients
  2  tb Chopped parsley  
  1/2  c Pitted nicoise olives  
    -=OR=- Calamata olives  
  8   Anchovies  
  1  tb Lemon juice  
  3  tb Olive oil  
 
Instructions
 
  This is a fast, simple version of this classic olive relish.

 
  1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS in a food processor and process until a paste forms.

 
  Makes 1/2 Cup
