Don's Fudge Recipe

Yield: 2 pans
Instead of buttering the cookie sheet or cake pan you can line them with baker's parchment paper to prevent sticking to the pan.
 
Ingredients
  4 1/4  cups Sugar  
  1  can evaporated Milk (Tall)  
  2  cups Pecans/Walnuts Chopped  
  2  cups Marshmellow Cream/Fluff  
  1  cup Butter  
  3  small Bags Nestles Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips  
  1  tsp Vanilla Extract  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Mix milk and sugar together in pan.

 
  2. Boil 9 minutes counting from boiling point.

 
  3. Pour other ingredients in mixing bowl.

 
  4. Stir until marshmellows, chocolate, and butter mix well.

 
  5. Pour into a buttered cookie sheet or buttered into 9X13 cake pan.

 
  6. Cool and cut into squares.
