Crockpot Brunswick Stew Recipe

Ingredients
  1  c Tomatoes; cut up (16 oz.)  
  1  c Tomato paste; (6 oz.)  
  3  c Chicken; cubbed, cooked  
  1  pk Frozen succotash  
    Or 1 pkg. frozen okra;slice  
  1  c Onions; chopped  
  1   Bay leaf  
  1  ts Salt  
  1/2  ts Rosemary;dried, crushed  
  1/2  ts Pepper  
  1  ds Ground cloves  
  2 1/2  c Chicken broth  
 
Instructions
 
  1. In Crockpot, stir together UNDRAINED tomatoes and tomato paste. Add chicken, FROZEN succotash or sliced okra, onion, bay leaf, salt, rosemary, pepper and cloves. Stir in chicken broth. Cover; cook on low heat setting for 5 to 6 hours. Before serving, remove bay leaf and stir well. Makes 6 servings.
