Creamy Chicken Bake Recipe

Ingredients
  4   Boneless Chicken Breasts,  
    - split and flattened  
  8   4-inch Slices of Swiss  
    - Cheese  
  1  cn (10-3/4 oz) Condensed Cream  
    - of Broccoli Soup  
  1/3  c Milk  
  1  c Herb Stuffing Mix, crushed  
  1/4  c Butter or Margarine, melted  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Place chicken breasts in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with cheese. Combine Cream of Broccoli Soup and milk and spread over cheese.

 
  2. Toss melted butter with stuffing mix and sprinkle over top of chicken.

 
  3. Bake in a 350-F oven for 30 minutes, or until tender.

 
  Makes 4-6 servings

This was a real winner with my family. Very yummy, only change I made was using a can of Cream of Mushroom soup instead of the broccoli which wasn't available here.
