Cream Waffles Recipe

Ingredients
  2  c Sour cream  
  2  ea Eggs; beaten separately  
  2  c Flour  
  1  ts Baking soda  
  1/2  ts Salt  
  1  tb Cornmeal; optional  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Mix beaten egg yolks with sour cream. Sift dry ingredients and combine with first mixture. Add stiffly beaten whites of eggs. Bake at once on hot waffle iron.
