Cincinatti Chili Recipe

This chili recipe is served over pasta.
 
Ingredients
  1   1 lb. of ground beef  
  1   1 lb. sausage  
  1   2 packets of French’s Chilio Seasoning  
  1   2 cans (14 oz.) diced tomato  
  1   2 cans of beans (your choice: kidney, pinto, navy, etc.)  
  1   1 45 oz. Can of tomato juice  
  1   spaghetti noodles  
  1   shredded cheese  
  1   sour cream  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil for noodles. Cook according to directions.

 
  2. Meanwhile, brown beef and sausage. Drain grease.

 
  3. In a large pot or crock pot, mix meat and next four ingredients. Simmer on low until heated through.

 
  4. Serve over spaghetti and garnish with cheese and sour cream.
