Chili Recipe

Here's one for another easy Chili....
 
Ingredients
  1 to 1-1/2  lb. ground beef  
  1  packet Lipton onion soup mix  
  1   8 oz. can tomato sauce  
  1-1/2  C water  
  1   Chili powder to taste (I think I use 5 tsp.)  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Brown beef in skillet (I use a big sauce pan). Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer, covered for 20 minutes. Ridiculously easy! We have it with shredded Monterey Jack cheese and over rice!
