Dust Scallops with spice mixture, set aside. Heat a non stick saute' pan until smoking. Add Olive oil, and sear scallops until crispy on both top and bottom. Finish in a 350 degree oven to required doneness. To serve, place scallops on a plate, garnish with ginger and wasabi. Optional presentation...place gingered cole slaw in center of plate, scallops around the edge, garnish the same way.
