Ingredients |

1 lb. Ground beef |

2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce |

1 can (14 1/2 oz) black beans, drained & rinsed |

1 can (8 3/4 oz) whole kernel corn, undrained |
|
| |

1 can (4 1/2 oz) chopped green chilies, undrained |

2 T. Chili Powder |

| |

2 T. Minced Onion |

1 t. ground cumin |

| |

1 t. garlic salt |

| |

1/2 t. oregano leaves |

6 (8 in.) flour tortillas, divided (I use 8 tortillas) |

2 C. shredded cheddar cheese |

Instructions |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef & drain. Add tomoato sauce, beans, corn & green chilies.

Stir in next 5 seasonings. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered for 15 min. In 2-qt.

Baking dish, coated with pam, place 3 tortillas to cover bottom. Overlap as needed.

4.

Layer with half of chili mixture and half of cheese. Top with remaining tortillas, meant mixture and cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
