Wash the chicken. Mix the 2 curry powders, Chillie powder, Turmeric, Salt Cardamoms & cloves with a little oil & Vinegar & make a paste. Marinate the chicken with this paste for about 15 minutes.

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a saucepan. When heated, add the chopped Onion & Garlic & fry till light golden. Add the marinated Chicken & lower the heat. Let the chick fry in it's own for 2 minutes stiring to make sure it doesn't get burnt.

Add the Coconut cream, Water, Curry leaves, Pandan leaf, Lemon grass & stir well. Let cook for about 10-15 minutes.

This is a delicious Sri Lankan Chicken curry. You can skip the Pandan leaf & the curry leaves if it's difficult to find. Add a 1 more Garlic clove & 1or 2 more cardamoms. Trust me, you will love this.
