Catfish Mexican Style Recipe

Ingredients
  4   Catfish fillets  
  16  oz Picante sauce  
  6   Monterey jack cheese grated  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Place 4 catfish fillets in a microwave dish. Cover leaving a vent. Microwave on high for 10 minutes rotating dish occasionally. Uncover and sprinkle with grated cheese. Microwave uncovered for 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.
