Catfish In Picante Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  4   Medium to large Catfish filets  
  3  c Pace Picante Sauce  
  2  c Cooked rice  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Place the catfish filets in a large skillet. Pour Picante Sauce over the filets. Simmer on low flame for about 20-30 minutes.
