This caramel is so easy to make, I would say it is the easiest candy for a person with no experience making candies to make. The cream does not need to be heated separately and the temperature only needs to be monitored once, so it is a very quick recipe to make.
Ingredients

2 C. Sugar

2 C. Cream

1-3/4 C. Corn Syrup

1 C. Butter

Few grains salt
Instructions
1.
Boil together except for 1 cup cream. Boil 30 minutes. Add the second cup of cream and boil to firm ball stage (248 degrees). Pour without stirring into well buttered pan.
