In a bowl, combine the wafer crumbs and butter. Press into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and pecans. In a microwave, heat caramel topping on high for 1 to 2 minutes or until warm. Drizzle over the top. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until chips are melted. Cool on a wire rack.
