Bone Builder Recipe

From "Super Smoothies" (Chronicle Books) by Mary Corpening Barber and Sara Corpening Whiteford. Raspberry Smoothie with a ton of calcium
 
Ingredients
  1  cup lowfat raspberry yogurt  
  3/4  cup lowfat 2% milk  
  1  cup unsweetened quartered strawberries  
  1/2  cup unsweetened raspberries  
  1/3  cup powdered milk  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Combine the yogurt and low-fat milk in a blender. Add all the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
