Basil-Garlic-Parmesan-Butter Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  6  cl Garlic, minced  
  1/2  c Freshly chopped basil  
  4  tb Lightly toasted pine nuts  
  1  tb White wine  
  2  tb Freshly grated parmesan  
    Cheese  
    Salt to taste  
    Crushed dried red chile to  
    Taste  
  1/2  lb Unsalted butter, softened  
    (2 sticks).  
 
Instructions

  1. To make each sauce, mix all the ingredients together well. Melt to serve.
