Basics: Couscous Recipe


   
Recipe Categories: Beans - Grains
Yield: 4 servings
 
Ingredients
  1 1/2  c Vegetable or chicken stock  
    -or water  
   pn Salt  
  1  c Couscous  
 
Instructions
 
  Basics for new cooks:

 
  1. In saucepan, bring water and salt to boil; stir in couscous. Remove from heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Makes 3 cups, or 4 servings.
