PLACE pork on a lightly greased rack in a broiler pan; add 3 cups hot water to pan (to prevent drippings from burning).
2.
STIR together ketchup and next 4 ingredients; divide sauce in half. Reserve half of sauce to toss with cooked pork.
3.
BAKE at 475 for 15 minutes. Turn pork, and brush with remaining half of sauce; bake 15 more minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 160. Cool slightly. Coarsley chop pork, and toss with reserved half of sauce. Serve on buns.
