Atomicat's Sweet Oriental Jerky Recipe

Yield: 1/2 Kilo Jerky
Very savory sweet jerky. Char Sui sauce is excellent for all meats.
 
Ingredients
  1   1 kilo roast beef  
  1   1 cup soy sauce  
  1   1/2 cup char sui barbque sauce  
  1   1/8 cup liquid smoke  
  1   1/8 cup black bean sauce  
  1   1/8 cup sesame oil  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Slice up beef into strips or slices with the grain.

 
  2. Marinate for at least one day and dry in food dryer with very light heat.
