Apricot Pecan Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  1/2  cup apricot spreadable fruit  
  1/2  cup whipping cream  
  2  tablespoons butter or margarine  
  1/2  cup chopped pecans  
  1/2  teaspoon vanilla  
  1/4 to 1  teaspoon rum extract, optional  
    vanilla ice cream  
 
Instructions
 
  1. In a saucepan, bring spreadable fruit, cream and butter to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 3-5 minutes. Stir in pecans and extracts. Remove from heat. Serve over ice cream.
