Alaska Salmon, Beans and Rice Wrap Recipe

Easy to make wraps that show case the rich flavor of Alaska salmon.
 
Ingredients
  1  package red beans and rice mix (5-oz.)  
  1  can Alaska salmon, drained and chunked (14.75-oz.)  
  1  cup salsa con queso processed cheese blend*  
  5  large flour tortillas {10-in.)  
  1  cup salsa - (Mild), optional  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Prepare beans and rice according to package directions, omitting butter. Cook, uncovered, for 15 minutes.

 
  2. Stir in salmon and processed cheese blend. Heat through, for 3 to 5 minutes.

 
  3. Portion 3/4 cup salmon mixture near center of a tortilla. Roll up envelope style; repeat with remaining mixture. Serve with chunky salsa, if desired.

 
  *1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup salsa can be substituted.
