Akin Back Farm's Pasta Blue Recipe

Yield: 6 servings
 
Ingredients
  3   Boneless chicken breasts  
    -- skinless  
  6   Sprigs fresh rosemary  
  6   Sprigs fresh thyme  
  1  lb Ziti  
  3/4  c Unsalted butter  
  1/4  c Fresh lemon juice  
  1  c Gorgonzola cheese; shredded  
    Salt and pepper; to taste  
  3 1/2  c Fresh spinach  
    -- torn in bite-size pieces  
  1  bn Nasturtiums  
 
Instructions
 
  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions; set aside.

 
  2. Poach chicken breasts; remove meat and cube. Combine all ingredients except nasturtiums. Garnish with nasturtiums.
